Stitchly - Reimagining the Digital Crafting Experience

Stitchly is a conceptual mobile app designed to simplify the knitting and crochet experience for beginner and intermediate makers. The project was inspired by my own frustrations with finding affordable beginner-friendly patterns, managing projects across multiple platforms, and keeping track of progress while crafting.

Industry First Faceswap Photocards

This project looked at creating an industry first feature of allowing customers better personalisation through Face Swap cards. This projected generated an additional 500k in revenue, with over 250,000 swaps completed.

XTRAthortful - Building thortfuls first Subscription service

We prioritised this work after identifying ~8% churn within our loyalist base, with customers returning to competitors who offered subscription incentives. Currently have 33,000 subscribers after 5 months of launch.
